The main interventions are the addition of green areas and inclusion of a bicycle path. The green additions are requalifying the outdoor spaces by creating a more lively environment. By improving the quality of public spaces, the overall pedestrian activity can increase and invite more people to attend event that may be held in the public areas of the project.
South-East Elevation
The greenery also considers the biophilic nature of the building and aims to achieve a continuity of the green terraces with the outdoor. The building also includes a bicycle parking space to promote sustainable transportation methods.
West Elevation
The facade of the building aims to create a light continous curvilinear shape to define an elegant presence in the city that aims to represent its function. The facade mainly consists of 3 panels: aluminium opaque panels, triple glazings, and photovoltaic panels. The organization of these panels are arranged according to the aesthetic concerns, energetic requirements and the functionality of natural daylighting.
North Elevation

The project includes an organization of its
surroundings. The emphasis is to create a
continuity of high quality of spaces both inside and outside. The façade mainly consists of 3 panels: aluminium opaque panels, triple glazing, and photovoltaic panels. The organization of these panels are arranged according to the aesthetic concerns, energetic requirements and the functionality of natural daylighting. The arrangement of the opaque and glazed parts are considering the best management of lighting on the inside and minimizing energy loss through the façade. Another element on the façade is the shading system. This system is made up of vertical and horizontal element that are 50 cm long. The horizontal ones give a solution to the glare problems in the office spaces and the vertical ones are accentuating the longitudinal feeling of the building. The greenery of the terraces are supporting the biophilic nature of the building by their visibility also from the inside. These greenery are spread all around the building to achieve a three dimensional feeling.
